There is a large outdoor public parking that is available for your convenience. Park at your own risk, we are not responsible for damage or theft to vehicle or vehicle contents.

Strictly no shorts, singlets, flip flops and sandals are allowed
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual.
All patrons will be required to present a valid photo ID (with recent photo) for entry. All patrons are required to be in proper attire for club entry and admission is at Management’s discretion only. Entry is subject to club capacity.

Videography & Photography:
No professional photography / videography will be allowed unless prior permission is given. Please note that we have in-house photographers and videographers for our club nights and events. Hence, all patrons entering Zonix Club agree to have their pictures taken unless otherwise stated.
Zonix accepts walk-in guests, subject to table availability and venue capacity.
Tickets are available online prior to the event or at the door, and must be purchased for entry.
All attendants must be aged 18 or older to enter Zonix Club.
Please be aware that we will ask anyone who looks younger or underage for ID. The guest that is unable to provide proof of age, will unfortunately be refused entry.
Original personal Identification will be required at the VIP entrance. You must bring the original ID, photocopies and photographs will not be accepted.
For Malaysia citizens: National Identity Card
For Non-Malaysian citizens: Passport
Driver's licenses or similar documents will not be valid under any circumstances.
For regular days of operation, you are not permitted to bring the following items into Zonix Club:
Illegal drugs, outside food and beverages, candy, toys, props, big suitcase, inflatables; tripods, drones; and all sharp objects are prohibited.

What if i lost something at Zonix Club?
To check or claim any lost property kindly visit our security or front desk for further assistance.
The management assumes no responsibility for items lost at Zonix Club. Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown and are found in Zonix Club, will be kept for a maximum period of seven days.
All patrons shall assume all risk of injuries, property loss, destruction, or theft and release Zonix, their employees, and any performers from any associated liability.
How can i book a VIP Table?
To take your experience to the next level, please reach out to our customer service to request a VIP table. A member of our team will assist you as soon as possible. If your request is for an event taking place today we will contact you rapidly.
How many person are allow per table?
Once you reach out to our customer service, the information about the maximum capacity for that table will be shared with you.
Is there any food available?
Yes, we do have a selection of finger food options available for order.
What is the best time to arrive?
To get the most out of your Zonix VIP experience we recommend you arrive before 12:00 AM. Please let us know when you and your group are planning to arrive.
Photography & Videography for personal use, with a smartphone, is allowed. However we prohibit any filming or photography for commercial use.
Audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are also not permitted.
We have an in-house photo and video team on-site covering the event.
By entering Zonix Club you consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed, for all purposes in all media throughout the world or any part.
